Never heard this band before, what a pleasant surprise, great album and no noticeable artifacts very clear. The album itself is an easy listen and a trip that somehow feels timeless.

This appears to be an original pressing that I bought from Brooklyn Vegan. They said they had found some new old stock. It's not a bad pressing given that it looks to have been pressed in 2005. It does have some light surface noise (post cleaning) that is mostly not noticeable over the music. It's cut a little low so the volume needs to be turned up to compensate. Definitely worth grabbing a copy if they haven't already sold out.

I picked this exact same press listed here right down to the 3 dots in the deadwax in 2006 so this must be the 1st USA press. If they repressed more using the same metal then that I can believe. They could have found some too. Who knows

Dfa re issued this a few months ago, just arrived. The run outs are the same. I wonder if they repressed or simply found more.

Edited 9 years agoProbably one of the greatest albums made in this century for anyone whose musical tastes have evolved beyond "untz untz untz untz".
-
Edited 12 years agoI didn't like this very much. It's way too commercial and probably would appeal more to rock music fans than electronic music fans.
Beware what you're getting yourself into when you get this album cause for someone who listens to electronic mostly this was unbearably bad.
