Marc Bolan's T. Rex (previously Tyrannosaurus Rex) is one of my lifelong favorites and I've collected probably an unreasonable number of releases on both digital and vinyl. This is one of the few digital releases that comes close to being as satisfying as my vinyl copies. Well-mastered, with the instruments balanced as on the original analog releases. No digital harshness at all - a warm, immersive soundstage.
I often can't even listen to SACD or DVD-A releases which I've grown accustomed to on vinyl. That's not the case with this release. Highly recommended. -
It's odd. The picture on the MFSL page on Instagram shows the sleeve as above, but the disc with 'Original Master Recording' printed on it! Is it or isn't it?

It seems incorrect that this entry has it listed as an "original master recording" since the disc itself says "MOBILE FIDELITY SOUND LAB" which they use when it's a copy tape, and not the original
