Excellent pressing as is usually the case with Tame Impala. Nice feeling heavyweight vinyl, no surface noise, quite loud and clear.

I didn’t hear the US pressing but my buddy has it and told me not to bother and get this one instead. So I did through Rarewaves and boy was he right. Great sounding pressing. Just get this and be happy with it.

Fantastic pressing, bring out a lot more of the dynamic elements in the music in comparison to digital. Disc 2 is weirdly a bit louder than disc 1,it doesn't detract from the pressing tho.
-
Mmmmm not bad.
Come in paper inners and they mark/hailine the lps alot. Needed full degritting too. After this, disc one is nigh silent but disc two does crackle quite abit and not just between tracks. Owing to the mildly lo fi production it doesnt grate much and is mostly an observation. I still find it hard to believe Record Industy pressed this.... written matrices, non poly sleeve and vinyl that doesnt feel like their very recognisable and consistent presses.
Overall recommended! -
Just the better pressing of this album in 33rpm .. Flawless, bass is perfect and catchy .. 20/25€ what else ??

I don't have a current pressing to compare to, but as others have said this sounds great. Dead silent, great mix.

my version does not incucluded the sticker in the cover? is that common? or is it a countefeit? i bought it sealed

Edited 2 years agoAs the sound quality has improved with several cartridge upgrades and 2 new turntables, the discs of this release have sort of degraded? Since purchase. They have been in housed in acid free - poly lined sleeves. On the surface, marks that look like scuffs or abrasions have appeared over time, which is odd considering my records are in a sterile, mould and smoke free environment also. Not sure if anyone can identify this? As i have no other records like this. Times like this i wish you could provide images for reviews.
Equipment used: Technics SL-1400 MK2, ATVM95SH Cartridge, Pioneer A-30 Amplifier, Klipsch speakers -
Sounds utterly distorted. I thought that based on the comments the sound would be dynamic and clear, but that's not the case. Bought it from Amazon, I hope it is because I've had unlucky draw.
