Edited 18 years agoI didn't think they could top "Is This It", but they did! This album is one of the best things I own and I listen to it constantly (still! 3 years later).
This album feels more like a single piece of work, and evolved from their first album ...but without losing any of the soul or charm.
I feel that this is definately one of the best albums of the decade, and of my generation.
The lyrics are simple, but very honest and real... and apply to anyone who's ever been young.
My favorite track is definately "Under Control".
Probably one of my favorite songs of all time.
It's beautiful and horribly sad in a sweet upbeat way.
Possibly the best song recorded since anything by The Smiths.
A great soundtrack for a fun but failing summertine romance.
