Pressing sounds great! Only criticism is the time between tracks is a tad too long... otherwise very happy with this purchase.

It's odd that this appears never to have gone out of print. There doesn't seem to any difference between the original and the current Rough Trade version.

The Strokes best album by far. Economic. Punchy. Blitzing harmonies and shit-hot drumming. -
Fuck the hype, fuck the press, fuck the expectations.
Room on Fire is one of the greatest albums to come from artists of our generation.
I'll go as far as saying it's just as good as they're debut. In totally different ways, but nonetheless, just as enjoyable.
Greatest band of the 2000's? Debatable.
Most influential band of the 2000's? No question. -
This is not as good as the first LP but it's not bad. The running time is rather short too.
