I'm fine with the CD until a repress comes out. It would be something if they have a few things in the vault for an anniversary release.

Some supergroups work well like Velvet Revolver or Damn Yankees to name a few. But this one however should have been shelved from the get go. Loud pointless noise that truly goes nowhere. It's kinda stuck between amateur grunge from the 90's and punk. They should have put out the backing tracks without vocals if you want to call them that which are just horrendous. I couldn't wait soon enough for the misery to end on this one and done spin. Glad I only spent $20 on this garbage. How prices have skyrocketed for this mess is beyond me. There's a reason this hasn't been reissued folks.

Mastering is good, pressing (United) is awful.
I would HIGHLY recommend waiting on an eventual repress, as any pressing would be an improvement (that is, if they retained the same mastering)

I bought this for 22.00 CND off Amazon in 2018. It was sealed, at the time I thought it was a repress, but nope. Lucky me I guess. I honestly don't care what its worth, sounds great and I play it often.

I bought my copy of this record in 2020 at the local Barnes & Noble. I wasn't even aware it was released on vinyl unitl I saw a copy, and I figured it must be a reissue. I guess it was sitting on their shelves for ten years. Good to be lucky sometimes. Great album of great songs and great musicians. If they never make another record together so be it.

Explosive sound! Hearing details in guitar that I never heard in the digital version. Every song hits you hard. My only complaint is I wish the bass cut through a bit more (perhaps the mid and a tad bit of more higher frequencies of the bass). Too much low end makes the bass a bit muddy.

In of compression, yes for sure you can hear the compression (most likely to make the record loud) but still it’s a fun listen.

If you are a huge fan, then the high $$$ on this maybe justified. If you are just trying to explore, I would wait for a cheaper repress (fingers crossed).

Will we ever get a repress? Next year is the 15th year anniversary.

I purchased it in March 2010. Sounds massive. Can't believe this was pressed at United.

I'm so glad I bought this when it first came out. I had no idea it would increase in value so much. I get it though. It truly is an outstanding presentation of exceptional musicianship.

No issues at all with my copy. Stellar pressing. Sounds amazing.
