The pressing is very quiet, not a bit of noise on my copy, and still retains much of the original energy. The remastering was executed nearly perfectly.

This pressing sounds absolutely incredible right from the opening chord! The sound is bright, clear, well separated, well mixed and the songs of course need no comment. Don’t hesitate to buy this if you find it. -

Nice sound. Not spectacular, but it's good to listen to. Guitars sound the best. Very realistic. You can hear that it was played on tube amplifiers -

This is an amazing pressing. The sound is great and I got my copy for only twenty-seven bucks. A great buy for a great album. -
Yeah the mix it’s pretty flat with rather poorly defined low end, including drums, but give em a break. This is early AC/DC and budgets were probably low, plus you had basically a bar band in the studio, recording everything together and in one take. The pub band vibe just spews off this record in its rawest most basic form. Appreciate it for what it is. A chronical of an up and coming band. Listen to early UFO records. It’s the same thing. They eventually got more money and consequently better production. I mean “You got my picture on the wall next Gary Glitter”. Cmon. That’s who AC/DC was at the time. -
