No expert, but the SLMΔ1977 prefix suggests this may be a Monarch pressing (MΔ), subsequent to a Specialty pressing (the SP suffix) shown in the runouts

This one was both processed and pressed by Specialty Records Corporation, also see the embossed lettering in the label area around the center hole "E A S T" which also confirms to be a Specialty pressing.

The "ST-A-691671 & ST-A-691672" matrix numbers indicate that the master tape used is dated 1969:
ST = Stereo
A = Code for the label: Atlantic
69 = Year of the Master tape.
1671 & 1672 = Master tape #s.
This one was processed at Sheffield Lab Matrix and the metal parts used to press the record were actually originally made for use at Allied Record Company. BUT at the moment, it could be either a Specialty pressing (which uses metal parts/stampers originally made for use at Allied Record Company) OR could be an Allied pressing which uses leftover labels originally intended for the Specialty pressing. Is there any embossed lettering around the center hole in the label area on one side? NOTE that the embossed lettering can be faint & almost invisible at first look.
1.) A lone "A" embossed in the label area like this would indicate it was pressed at Allied Record Company.
2.) An "E A S T" embossed around the center hole like this would indicate it was pressed at Specialty Records Corporation (sourced from metal parts that were originally made for use at Allied Record Company based on the etchings). NOTE that usually the "T" is the most visible, sometimes the only really visible letter.
The lack of the embossed lettering could indicate one of the following:
a.) The embossed lettering could be simply to faint to be seen.
b.) The record could be a much later repressing which uses leftover parts from both Allied (the metal mother which the stampers were made from) and Specialty (the center labels used) but could have actually been pressed at a 3rd party pressing plant (such as Music Connection, Inc.)...

On side two, the "E" and "T" are visible. So should I leave the year empty?
