LISTING DETAILS
My listings are based on what I could best match against an existing Discogs when I originally entered it (often 4-5 years ago!). Before I ship out, I will triple-check the listing to see if there is an alternate pressing, runout/matrix variation etc. If I find a more accurate listing, I will email you and you can decide whether to maintain or cancel the order. I respect that some Buyers are very particular & specific about releases. If you wish further information on the CD/LP or more info on the condition, then me BEFORE ordering! If I made a mistake it is human error! , I did not make the Discogs listing - am trying to match it as best as I can from what I see on my end.

RETURNS
All returns will receive a FULL purchase refund upon receipt of the returned item. Discogs does not require Sellers to cover return shipping costs regardless of fault. If you disagree with the condition, you are responsible for returning the album to me in the same condition as it was shipped (I take photos) AND AT YOUR COST. However, I will pay for return shipping (upfront) if the mistake was solely my mistake such as the CD/LP not being the correct album as per the purchase listing.

CD CONDITION
These albums are all used and from my collection. Most of them I purchased second-hand already & had the usual wear & tear on them. I have played every album before listing for skipping - can guarantee that any blemish/scratch etc does not affect play (DNAP). I describe the visual condition of the CD and the media sleeves, NOT the jewel case. If you are looking for a mint condition jewel case suggest you go buy a new one. These have the usual scuffs and rubs from being in a collection.

VINYL CONDITION
Vinyl grading is very subjective - I play it very conservatively. Ask questions, and request pictures! I do not rate "vinyl media" as NM. Under Discogs rating system, NM is “nearly perfect record. A NM- record has more than likely never been played”. It is too ridiculously close to Mint and I play my records!. So I use E grade (excellent) as the bridge between VG+ and NM.

All LPs are in protective sleeves. LP's are shipped outside their sleeves to prevent damage.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYERS CLEAN THESE VINYL RECORDS WITH VACUUM / ULTRASONIC AS I HAVE ONLY BRUSHED CLEANED (GROOVE WASHER).

Grading Notes for Vinyl + CD: Listings will include any changes to the album such as:
- a record store stamp on label
- a sticker / residue
- handwriting
- saw cut or punch hole
- deep scratch(s) that causes repetitive ticking/pops

I do not grade inner sleeves. However, if one is missing (as seen in the listing description/image), I will highlight it in the listing notes.

If my listing has a rating of VG+ or lower, then this reflects typical age, & shelf wear & tear. This will include but not limited to:
1) Vinyl
- handling marks
- cheap PVC/poly inner sleeve residue (misty patches or “fogging”)
- old fingerprint oil etching vinyl surface
- pressing flaws
- hairlines (micro lines caused by original paper inner sleeves - seen in v. bright task light)
- scratches (seen by eye / able to feel - observed in normal light )
- label marks (e.g. spindle marks, finger marks (discolouring), pencil/pen/stamp marks

2) Sleeve
- ring wear, ring shadows
- surface marks (incl. rubbing, abrasion, tears, gloss reduction, indents, UV discolouring, sticker removal damage etc.)
- edge wear, splits (incl spine)
- corner wear & dent
- creases

A transaction is complete when the Buyer has received the product and is satisfied. I am very happy to leave positive for you AFTER you have emailed me (or have left ) advising that you have received the CDs and are satisfied with the purchase. If there is any problem with your order, please me first BEFORE leaving - we'll work it out :)

If you buy two CDs, they will be shipped separately as it is still cheaper to go individually.
WARNING: CanPost sometimes delivers parcels at different times even if I shipped two simultaneously! Go figure... just be patient! The 2nd one will be delivered a couple of days later.

I TAKE PHOTOS OF THE CDS INCL. WHEN IT IS DROPPED IN THE MAILBOX AS PROOF TO AVOID ARGUMENT. I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER CANADA POST! YOU HAVE A CHOICE TO PURCHASE TRACKING ($15) OTHERWISE YOUR CHOICE OF NO TRACKING IS AT THE BUYER'S RISK; I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PACKAGE.

COMBINED CD SHIPPING RATES
Rates are as per the posted shipping . The exceptions are:
1 CD (digipak): $2.50 (max 100 g) / cardboard envelope (no tracking)
1-5 CDs (without jewel cases): $3.99 / cardboard envelope (no tracking)

I use Chit Chats for tracked shipments. There may be restrictions to your area including Post Box deliveries, rural areas (RR) and if you live in a building where deliveries must be made with Buzzers. It may be required to provide your telephone/email address to avoid issues. If an issue does arise, I will provide the option to cancel Chit Chats as a courier and offer Canada Post. However, any addt'l charges will be for Buyer's . If it is too high, then we can agree to cancel. TRACKED PARCELS ARE POSTED ONLY ON MON/TUES/WED - I have to drive quite a distance to get to the drop-off centre.

USA CD SHIPPING
I offer shipment to USA via Letter Post Surface at CA$6.99 each CD. WARNING: THERE IS NO TRACKING. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS/RETURNS BY BORDER CUSTOMS. Pickup is cool with me (L9G 4V2) and willing to meet within a certain 20-30 min radius based upon a reasonable purchase quantity/dollar value.
I'd rather you put your money into my LPs rather than ridiculous shipping costs!
I am saving & recycling LP cardboard boxes for shipping so I am not adding that cost! If you want a brand new one, then request the same and I will add $3-5 depending on size.
