Normally I can't provide you with photos or audio clips. If I happen to be in the warehouse (previously a physical record store), and if I have the time, I can send some photos, but most often not. Sorry about this, but I have come to the conclusion that it will be impossible to meet every request at this point.

Records are visually graded if not stated otherwise. Will try to playgrade to a reasonable extent — more expensive items should of course be playgraded as far as possible — but if it's not mentioned in the comment, the record is either not play graded or just plays as expected.

If not requested, sealed records will not be removed from the jackets before packing. Mint items that are not sealed, I always grade NM. I never grade anything M if it's not sealed. In spite of that, there are cases when an item graded M have been opened and played on a customer's request in my physical store, and then I failed to change the grading afterwards (2018–Feb 2024 I was a professional seller at a physical store; now I'm a hobby seller). This is a very rare case, though, and if this causes dissatisfaction, we can find a way to sort it out.

IMPORTANT: if I make a mistake with your order, or cause dissatisfaction in any other way, please me so we can sort it out BEFORE you give me a bad review. I try my best to please every buyer, so if anything turns out the wrong way, please give me a chance to compensate you.

Please note that I normally ship only two times a week (mostly Tuesdays & Fridays). If a package isn't sent within a week, that's usually because I've fallen behind with packing/shipping. It's very rare that a package is forgotten, and I never experienced a package getting lost during the 30+ years I have used PostNord. Also, if you do not specifically request another kind of service, I always ship traceable (with a few exceptions; to countries in war and/or with delivery difficulties, or if the order value is below €16 ).

Please note that I will not agree on unreasonable demands if there's been a mix-up or if a record accidentally is missing in a package. For example:

• If a CD graded mint has a few faint lines that certainly won't affect play, I will NOT accept demands for a €18 refund (yup, that happened). Polish them down if they bother you so much, please... Of course I grade all CDs in strong light and meticulously, but do understand that things can happen along the way (for instance, many of the CDs has been in a physical store for quite a while.)

• If I accidentally send you an item that is in every aspect equivalent to the one listed (e.g. a later press the same year with approximately the same value) I will NOT accept demands for an €80 refund (yup, that happened to me too). If the only difference is a different stamp or etching in the runout, for example, I can agree on giving die-hard collectors the benefit of a doubt and offer a generous refund. But if you're blackmailing me with demands on either full refund + return or €80 refund for practically nothing, I will consider it fraud. (I know some collectors would disagree, but that's my take, and you should be aware of that before buying.) That aside, I'm not difficult to deal with, and I generally offer generous refunds for small mistakes – like earlier mix-ups in the physical store; misread matrix letters etc.). After all, I'm a music lover just like you, and I only want to make people happy!
