I found the sound of this quite influenced by Azymuth's Outubro from 1980.

The 1982-version is different from the 1985-version. Different rapper, different lyrics, different instrumentation. The older version is much tighter, goovier. I love the 12"-version of '82!

This was a phenominal band back in the 1980's. If you were from the City of York, Pa. you knew who they were, if you had family in York, Pa or had ever heard of York, Pa. then the knew or either heard of this band. They played music that was thought provoking and made one feel good. All of the musicians were very adept in their proper disciplines even the singers. The guitarist was simply dynamite, and the drummer was awesome, the horn section was the all that plus more the bass player made you wanna take your clothes off.... all off, and the percussionist gave you the same effect as the drummer and the singers were good. If anyone has any clips of this band performing, I would love to see it. I hear that some of the band are doing a project and it's gonna be dynamite and I can't wait.
