Also props to Sub Dub's the calling which is not released elsewhere?, and sits well alongside Templeroy, Original Rockers and early Groove Corp. Surprised Sub Dub are not from Birmingham, UK, really.

Bought this back in the mid 90s sometime and it's an awesome comp, just noticed though, that sub dub's Liquid Mantra seems to use a Bevis Frond sample? Sounds like a slowed down sample of Cries From the Inner Marshland. To my ears anyway

This terrific compilation changed my relationship to music, which changed the course of my life. Been happily going back to it for sustenance for two decades. Deserves more attention - find it difficult to imagine that it is just a personal preference.

This whole series is phenomenal. Kind of a forgotten genre, and era of electronic music.

I feel like a marketing tool or something saying "buy this %item% for %trackname% alone", nevertheless I would say it: buy this complation for "11:11 Windgate" by Adham Shaikh alone. I've never heard anything like this track. Great use of sampled flute. I've stumbled across it and was immediately stunned by its beauty. This piece begs to be listened by any ambient fan. Perhaps before sleep, or when sleeping. And it lasts 16 minutes, I'm very happy it's that long. 16 minutes of bliss. Believe me.

I've had this CD for nearly 15 years, and it's only played at night, very dim light. Close your eyes, and drift into space. Very trippy. The broad harmonic scope of this CD is amazing!
