Edited 8 years agoTo really appreciate this album you must listen to it with headphones. I've never heard a band make use of the different channels as much as they did on the first track. It's insane, granted this is 1970, so the mix is a little rough but it seriously sounds like the guitar is running around in my head. First you'll hear it out of the right channel then at a distance in the left channel and the solo will be jumpin around from left to right going crazy while vocals recorded at all levels bounce around. It's really a sonic delight and sounds psychedelic af. but ya...headphones
