This song is abysmally bad. I suppose the making and g off on this song's release was under the influence of mind altering substances. Perhaps I need to be under their influence to enjoy it.

I liked going to clubs and hearing this and kissing hot babes.

"The Nature Of Love" is one of those old industrial songs that's so good it makes me sick. I've had this record for about 10 years since I was 15 and it's one of the first WaxTrax!/old school industrial songs I loved. Whenever I put it on I'm afraid to listen to the whole thing because of it's power to beat you into submission. Repetitive and it never stops, with Al's early whinier vocals, as opposed to the later more metal-influenced Ministry stuff. Totally made for the dancefloor too. The b-side is like some sort of endurance test, basically the original song chopped up and looped with tons of samples that builds and releases, a very different song but worth hearing in it's own right. It's too bad Ministry never made an album that sounded like this, something angry but not really too hard, post-"With Sympathy", but pre-"Twitch" sounding. This is also also on the '12 Inch Singles' collections, and probably the best track.

rhythm track is really reminiscent of "music is the key" by j.m. silk, and the beginning is identical.

weird thing is that track was also released in chicago in 1985. was jourgensen listening to house? i wonder. interesting possible connection between different movements happening in the same city.

Superb pre-techno industrial music, sample-driven, extremely energetic and weird, with the cries of Richard 23 layered onto repetitive beats and sequences.
Still stunning, especially the B-side version.
