Notes

"All tracks from 'Meltdown' were recorded on the '98 Jugulator World Tour. These particular versions were selected as much for the audience participation as for the band's performance. The only edits are where we have blended the different audiences together between songs in order to recreate the atmosphere of a non-stop Priest concert rather than subject everyone to continual fade-in and fade-outs from different shows. Be there with us - enjoy and in - the Priest is back!"

Recorded with the Manor Mobile and on ADAT digital recording equipment. Mixed at Silvermere Sound. Mastered at The Town House.

The only release on vinyl. I bought this album as NM. The quality of the cover and tabs is excellent. The vinyl is thin and recorded almost under the labels. There are no defects or quality drops. Compared the sound with the Japanese CD. The sound on CD is more voluminous, but not as natural as on vinyl. I had to try different impedance values for the MC cartridge in order to achieve surround sound like on an SD. The release deserves attention, but the price for it is big.

This is a killer live record. To be honest , i like it more than Unleashed In The East.
Sounds great , heavy and energetic. Ripper Owens was at that moment the perfect replacement for Rob Halford.
