simple packaging, but the pressing itself isn't lackluster. I wasn't expecting much so maybe that's why i'm very pleased and delighted with how it sounds. Gave this a nice clean before spinning and it delivered with just a little surface noise but that's the charm of vinyl, highly recommended for sure

This is one of the best sounding pressings I own, hip-hop or otherwise. Just jumps out of the grooves. Happy this got a good first pressing as I’ve probably spun this 100 times since I got it. -
On a record where the bass is one of the most important aspects of the music, they nailed it with the pressing. It sounds so good. -
Great pressing. Great sound and little surface noise. Sounds much better than most of the hip hop pressings I've been getting recently. Highly recommend for the vamps. -

Edited one year agoPretty much perfect pressing of one of my favourite albums. Bass is prominent and the volume of the record doesn't suffer for it. Never too much
Edit: Going back to this album after listening to sub-par pressings of albums that should be less demanding / have a higher budget behind them than this one makes me appreciate it even more. This is as perfect as a pressing gets. Songs are all perfectly clear, no surface noise, bass is extremely punchy and the record is still very loud in spite of all that, when in other records I've seen these factors cited as mutually exclusive. Very grateful that the pressing for this album turned out as good as it did. Never too much -

Edited one year agogot this months ago but with my speakers on almost full volume i am just now realizing how crazy the bass is on this
