The Guest List mix is an utter classic, but unfortunately it's not easy to mix in a set.
The acapella intro can be worked with if you plan it right, the big issue however is that the BPM sways from about 124bpm to 125bpm about a third of the way through, meaning if you queued your next track to beatmatch with the first part of the record, you'll have to requeue it and pitch it up a bit more with the last third of the record to get a good beatmatch.
Your best bet would be to start queing at about the 4:30 mark (where the BPM becomes steady), get a good beatmatch, then after the breakdown with no drums, start beatmatching and bringing the new track in at around 5:05. Not impossible by any means, but something to be aware of. -
