Pioneered the acid house sound with Phuture in the mid-to-late 1980s.
Signed to Wayne Williams.
Moved to New York in 1990 where he created the looped-up, layered 'wild pitch' style inspired by the parties thrown by DJs Bobby Konders.
A&R at Strictly Rhythm from February 1992 to April 1994.
Founded Afro Acid Plastik) in April 2007.
Moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 2008 and currently based in Duluth.
