Yeah the paper sleeve is a bummer, but this sounds excellent. Each instrument breathes, the vocals take up a nice amount of space and the whole mix is very dynamic. I got it cheap and I’d say it’s worth it. + a poster.

This sounds absolutely phenomenal. Amazing sounding record full of ear candy production. Giving up the gun and Diplomat’s Son in particular had my jaw dropped to the floor.
However, my copy might be the dirtiest I’ve opened straight out of the shrink. Lots of dust and static because of the paper sleeve. Once thoroughly cleaned and stored in an anti static sleeve the pressing quality is mostly solid and flat. -
Superb pressing. My copy was really clean. This thing is really dynamic and quiet. Probably my best Vampire Weekend pressing.

Edited 2 years agoPressing is outstanding, every track is so dynamic and crystal clear. So much to explore on this album.

Great reissue. I had a first pressing that was terrible noisy. This reissue is dead silent and sounds great.
