I received my copy last week and it sounds good! Carlos D’s bass lines sound great, which is what makes their first two albums what they are.

        Sounds like my 2010 pressing..

disappointed with this preorder. The book design with fixed sleeves and booklet is a cool design but kind of a cash grab.

Vinyl sounds scratchy like its been sitting in a warehouse with dust on it for a MINUTE and the shrink wrap was so tight theres a dent in the hardcover on the top.

The pictures, not so great live performance (live sounds better live, in some rare cases on live on studio releases) and book design is cool but i was expecting it to be like Cap N Jazz or American Football's 20th anv by including notes on the songs, a thanks for purchasing and maybe a poster or atleast SOMETHING. Not even a Matador sticker..

"Yeah uh i have the 20th anv of .." thats it.

Oh and its not colored, watch them mass produce this in red vinyl or somethin later.

To me the album disc sounds the same as the 2019 white Matador Revisionist History pressing; which is to say, it sounds good.

Mine arrived in an open box from Ochre that deals with Matadors site in the UK. The shrink on it was so tight the spine is a bit loose as result. Seems leaving it for a while helped centre it. The Book is nice. The vinyl come in poly paper sleeves inside the pages. The album is the same as its been for the last 10 years. My one sounds fine. However the Live concert is amazing and is up there with some of the best ive heard like Live Drugs Again. The video doesnt do it justice. No problem with any of the vinyl as well aside from the usual need of a wet clean from GZ pressings to really open up the sound.

A lot better than Matador's mediocre TOTBL single LP pressing I own. This actually is quite dynamic for the kind of recording, and it sounds good as a result. Wasn't as dirty as I thought it would be out of the sleeve. Great pressing!

Mi disco favorito de la banda y la reedición suena genial y el vinyl en color rojo se ve muy muy elegante

                  Have it also on CD.
                  The CD sounds much better.
This vinyl is so flat, no dynamics. I'm very disappointed

Haven’t heard the white 15th Anniversary one, but not sure how this could sound much better given how it was recorded etc. Not an audiophile record by any stretch, but if you like the band and this album, I don’t see how you could be unhappy. I have a copy of Turn On The Bright Lights from before they did the 2LP red one and it stinks. This is as good as I could’ve hoped, especially for the price and on 1LP. The red disc really looks nice with the artwork (as it did with the 2LP TOBL) if you care about that sort of thing. I can hear all of the instruments clearly and it’s not all thin sounding like some of their other stuff is on vinyl. The rhythm section, especially Carlos D’s interesting bass work, comes out enough to give it the necessary fullness. That’s my barometer for LP’s from CD-era non-audiophile type bands. Is the sound rounded out with necessary beef in the low end or does it sound thin and toothless, so to speak? Good example is the newest pressing of Alice in Chains’ Jar Of Flies vs the MOV split w/Sap from years back. New one is unacceptably bad, which makes the MOV sound amazing in comparison. Side note: I think the reason MOV is so popular with a lot of people these days is they put out quality that, at the very least, approximates listening on CD or even streaming, whereas a lot of vinyl releases elsewhere sound like complete trash, even pitched up a little bit at times—just completely below par in every way. Those of us born after the golden age of analogue/vinyl are used to such garbage quality to begin with, so MOV seems like a real cut above when in reality, they’re really just doing what SHOULD be considered acceptable and a given (not criticizing, I’m happy that they’re there to at least give us that). Anyway, I’m straying off topic. I haven’t listened to this on album on CD in years but I’m definitely really pleased with this.

It's a pleasure to find reprints of such high audio quality... Soundstage is perfect, great separation and right volume…
