Steve Hall is a very underrated mastering engineer. Very punchy,clear and vibrant pressing. Great album by a great band!

What a great sounidng piece of vinyl! Nice balanced mix. Pretty hot press. My copy is a very dark semi-transparent example.

BUYER BEWARE: My copy of this release has started to 'pinhole', as have quite a few West German
releases that were manufactured in the mid to late 1980's. There are articles, on-line, that have been
written about this problem.
My advice is to rip your copy of this release asap, before the pinholes increase & become problematic
during playback of the CD.

As a massive fan of Berlin, I can vouch for these remasters 100%.

They have been treated with full respect, so there's no brickwalling present at all. The sound quality is paramount, deeper and more full than the original copies yet also with more crisp highs.

Truly, this is as close to the original master tape as you can get.

Rubellan Remasters do it yet again, a name to trust in the saturated (and vastly misunderstood) remastering game.

Another brilliant reissue courtesy of Rubellan Remasters, which is keeping physical media alive! Incredible, dynamic sound from the original master tapes! This album has never sounded this good! Beautiful reissue concept and packaging, including a booklet with the lyrics and single covers. Bonus tracks include two B-sides and three remixes, including a previously unreleased full-length "Remix" (4:20) of "Now It's My Turn" by Mike Shipley, this time keeping the spoken word bridge. (The original 7" single featured an edit of this remix, clocking in at 3:40, removing the spoken word bridge. The 12" promo featured a slightly longer 3:56 remix). Highly recommended! Here's hoping that we get "Pleasure Victim" and "Count Three and Pray" next!

I wore out my cassette because I played it all the time. This was an awesome followup to Pleasure Victim. I agree that "When we make love" was a great intro to this album. I could listen to this album from start to finish because there is not a bad song on it! Of course, I had to purchase it on CD!

Had it on cassette. Had it on CD. Now own it on vinyl. Lots of synths and guitars and sexy Teri Nunn. The hit single "No More Words" is my least favorite song on this album. Only problem with the vinyl is the 2 bonus tracks on the CD are not included. Unfortunately Top Gun happened and took their breath away. Check out Pleasure Victim too.

Forget about "Take My Breath Away", Berlin's best song is the opening track on this album - "When We Make Love" is dark and sexy with just the perfect dose of synth & pop fused together to make you nostalgic all over again. "In My Dreams" is a good one too.
