referencing Die Fledermaus (Highlights) (LP) LXT 6155

I'm a fan of opera and and been to see "Die Fledermaus" on a couple of occasions over the years. The musical score is quite wonderful, definitely a highlight of Strauss' massive output.

This is a nicely curated selection of movements, giving a good sense of the overall opera. One can never go wrong with Vienna philharmonic and Herbert von Karajan.

Audio sounds amazing. It's a MONO recording and sounds very clear and strong. First UK pressing, 1962. Great pressing.
