Cascada – Truly Madly Deeply

This is a truly (haha) great release. I prefer this greatly to the Everytime We Touch AATW release. I think the reason this single is more likeable is because it is quite a dreamy song, dreamier than most other ManYou productions.

I like the fact that they included an Album Version as well. It's a nice soothing ballad version of the song. Not quite as soft as some of those Candlelight mixes that Yanou puts out, but I never really liked those much. Too cheesey! But hey, who am I to say what's cheesey? I'm reviewing this!

The Club Mix is quite an interesting version aswell as it doesn't really follow the traditional structure of a Club Mix, it's kinda like an Extended version Scooter may have put out which is basically just the Radio Edit version with a long build-up whacked on front.

The Styles & Breeze Remix is an excellent alternative to what could've been how Cascada's Club Mix was going to sound. I prefer it to S&B's "Everytime We Touch" remix as it just sounds more full-on and atmospheric.

The two Electro-House remixes from Thomas Gold and DJ Bomba & El Senor are quite something too. I prefer Thomas' to the other because Thomas' also has a more full-on sound compared to the rather minimal-sounding DJ Bomba & El Senor Remix.

At first, I didn't really like the Frisco remix all that much cuz it seemed uber-Euro, as ridiculous as that sounds (I know it's what I should expect from a Cascada release!) but listening to it now, I quite like it. It's done nice things with the chorus parts.

To round-off, I'd say that you'll probably enjoy this release for the House mixes, if not anything else. Thomas Gold has done a great job bringing it into a semi-progressive mode and although, I didn't like DJ Bomba & El Senor's remix as much, it too is something special.
