Beach House – Teen Dream

Good pressing, a little noise here and there but overall pretty solid.

Flawless pressing! Zero surface noise, insanely high quality instrumentation, and two beautiful purple records to boot.

These are sold out at UO's site but I saw two copies last week at my local UO store. Check yours out before paying resale prices here.

Minimal crackling, which is pretty much all I ask for. Mastering is well done, very lush.

the color of this thing is so beautiful its like a super clear vinyl with light purple swirls. the two pictures of the vinyl that are posted here dont look like it atleast mine looks way clearer and the purple is not as bright

I’m still juiced I found this record brand new at a used record shop. This pressing sound great! It has a huge soundstage and guitars and vocals sound clear as day. If you can still snag this for under $20 on the market then it’s a no-brainer.

What is the point of printing this on 2 discs at 33rpm? 2-3 songs per side for no reason.. at least if it was 45rpm it would make sense.

This sounds amazing. My fave Beach House pressing in my collection so far. I own Depression Cherry and Bloom and this one is my favourite sounding one.

As of late January 2024, Newbury still has this available for order but it's $125.00. I just ordered one because it's effectively the same price or less as those for sale here. Am curious about the hand numbering though. Currently Discogs says 968 people have a copy. If it's limited to 1,000 that's cutting it close.

Would have preferred 45rpm but 2LP at 33 is still better than one to avoid inner groove distortion.
