Great pressing for colored vinyl and record as a whole. Quiet vinyl. vocals out front for the most part. -
My black EU copy is horrible: Noisy, pressed off center, very warped, with spots of some unidentifiable, unremovable white residue on both sides, which make the record crackle. Also there's a weird "foreshadowing" effect I've never experienced with vinyl before: In the quiet breaks between tracks, you can actually hear an "echo" of the next track starting one round of the platter in advance. Kind of like tape print through on an old cassette tape. Really annoying if you listen at high volume/on headphones.

Edited 8 years agoGreat sounding pressing. The vinyl version is less compressed than the CD. My blue EU copy is well pressed - super clean, quiet, totally centered on both sides. Slightly warped, but by today's crappy industry standards, this wasn't so bad. There's none of the "foreshadowing" effect between tracks that you can hear on the black EU copy.

Is it just me, or is this album highly compressed? Haven't bought it yet, just listening online sounds like it was brickwalled.
