I just want to point out once again reading my policies. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure your paypal mailing address is correct. Per my policies written below in 2020, if I have to cancel an order due to shipping address discrepancies, then I will refund all but the paypal fee I am charged which paypal will not refund to me. I do not feel I should have to pay for a buyers error. So please, ensure your shipping address is correct.

As everyone is likely aware, Discogs will be raising their fees which will now include the amount charged for shipping. I believe in June shipping costs will also go up. The materials to ship have gone up (shipping boxes, cardboard padding , tape, labels). Raising prices on my inventory or shipping cost is something I really don't want to do. I want to keep things competitive and fair. Over the past 6 months, I have put the ability for buyers to make offers on what I sell. Please be mindful of the new fees imposed on us sellers when making offers. Lately I have been receiving some ridiculously lowball offers for rare items so I am just asking you to please be respectful when making offers. I even had one buyer tell me I was "unfriendly" when I declined their offer (I guess because they could have sold the items for more than I had them listed and they would have profited greatly). Shoot me a message on items and indicate what you would pay or what I would consider. Until Discogs gives us the ability to make counter offers, I have no choice but to decline if it is way off what I want. Of course, few people even read a sellers policies which is a shame.

Items I sell are in my possession and I own. I will never sell something I don't own. I am saying this as in the last week I had a buyer purchase something from me but wanted it sent to another address that was not their paypal address. I informed them of my policy and they requested to cancel if I would not ship it to the other address. Well guess what, I found the person that bought my LP on Ebay (same name) and the town listed on ebay matched their paypal address town. Here is the kicker...they sold the same LP a few days before they bought from me. If you are unethical...don't buy from me!
12/6/20 Updated Paypal policy
Thanks to a brand new Discogs that purchased an expensive 45 last week, I have updated my paypal policy. The buyer wanted it shipped to his discogs address not his paypal address and then threw a fit when I pointed out my seller . He said "if you will not mail it there -- cancel the sale and refund my money." I refunded his money minus the paypal fee I was charged and he continued to harass me. So I refunded the paypal fee I was charged for his not updating his paypal address to be accurate. So, this day forward, for US buyers...I will mail to paypal address. No resending invoices..etc. International buyers who request it to be sent elsewhere in the world or the USA will be refunded money minus paypal fee.

This is really frustrating to me and I am not trying to be a jerk. Paypal does not protect the seller if the buyer says it was not received at their address...that means, If I send it to a discogs address that is not an approved in paypal for the buyer, paypal will not recognize that as it was not an approved address. I have had this happen where a buyer filed a complaint with paypal saying they did not recieve it. I had evidence through tracking it was delivered at the discogs address but paypal did not accept that as it did not go to the paypal address. Bottom line...I was out the record and money. Most of the time I have had nothing but outstanding interactions with my customers. But as is often the case, the poor interactions of a few or in this specific case, the newbie DIscogs Individual impacts the greater majority. I sell things out of my collection I no longer want. I take great pride in sending out the records. I package them in record mailers. I add extra records most of the time for free, provides extra padding and protection for your records. I want you to enjoy the music I send you as much as I enjoy the records I buy for me. I am not perfect and I make mistakes from time to time..but I don't ignore you if I make a mistake and want to fix the issue. I don't need the grief of a few. I hope everyone has a happy holiday.

11/23/20 updated policy

Important Information…Please read all my seller but especially this first four bullets section. When purchasing form you, you are agreeing to all my seller . I hate this but I have had too many issues lately

• I ship to only Paypal approved addresses. Correct address needs to be in Paypal prior to paying as paypal will not update the address for seller after payment. Please read and understand regarding shipping addresses where I ship. I can’t say this enough…I go by what is in paypal as paypal will not protect the seller if shipped to a non approved paypal address. Paying and then requesting it be sent to a non paypal address will result in my sending you a refund (minus the paypal fee) and I will resend the invoice requesting you to update paypal [updated 12-6-2020 as written above in 12-6-20 update-GC]. No exceptions. If you know you will want it to go to another address you can add that in paypal as an approved address. I have done it when I have had a record sent to a friend.

• International orders over $100 will need to be sent certified. I have set this in the new Discogs shipping but it is not ing. If I catch it before you pay I will adjust the invoice. If you pay before I adjust then I will request the extra

• I put full customs on forms. Please do not order, pay and then request I put a cheap amount. Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

• I have TONS of extra LP’s and 45s and try to ship extras with all orders if it is under the weight. I mostly count them as padding to protect the records you have purchased and the condition may be Poor to VG+…who knows what you may get. If you get something extra you don’t have to worry that I sent you something by mistake

Discogs Shipping app
So Discogs has implemented this new shipping requirement that it be set up in their ap. I have spent many hours (that I will never get back) trying to get this accomplished. It is a horribly developed tool and I hope discogs reads the comments from long time sellers and scraps it. I have not had a problem in the past. I have set it up but unfortunately not all countries have been successfully set up. If there is something blocked to you let me know and I will try to resolve.

COVID 19
• Orders to some countries (Netherlands, Spain) are still taking at least 3 months.
• US Media mail can be extremely slow
• COVID cases are soaring so understand I am mostly shipping Monday/Wednesday and Fridays to avoid crowds.
International buyers
• I put full amount on customs forms. In some countries, this will cause you to be taxed on the amount. I will not revise this. By purchasing from me, you are accepting this. In most states, US Buyers are now taxed on items they purchase.
• I use paypal addresses. Any address you want shipped must match your paypal address. Failure to do so will result in refund (minus paypal fee) and I will then resend your invoice asking you to fix

****INTERNATIONAL BUYERS TAKE NOTE: For some reason, postal delivery seems to be slower, especially when I use Discogs to purchase a label. I use DISCOGS labels as it is cheaper for you as the buyer than using paypal or the USPS directly. You need to let me know upon purchase if you do not wish for me to use DISCOGS labels. Understand if you choose paypal or USPS, your postage rates will increase. Also, I will not put a lower price on the customs form to save you customs taxes. I love having international buyers but lately there have been so very bad apples and it frustrates me. I love doing this but not at the expense of being treated poorly---just saying!

Shipping Time
I am a seller that does my best to send items out within a few days but I am being forced to change how I do things. Typically, I pull the item right after it sells so I can prepare it for shipping. However, over time, I have had quite a few non-payers. This has resulted in my misfiling it or not putting it back not to mention all my precious time spent pulling and putting items back. Therefore, I will not pull things until the item is paid for. This may result in a delay in shipping for those items. For those buyers that pay immediately you should see no delay. I work a full time job and do this on the weekends and in the evenings (much to my wife's displeasure I might add)

Want lists are welcome. I have thousands of 45's and lp's not currently in my database or on Discogs. I have tons of Country 45s from a Radio station and I am listing in my inventory. Will gladly send in bulk media rate (US shipping only).

Grading
Items are visually graded unless otherwise noted. Grades do not include labels on releases but any markings, tape, stickers on labels will be noted in description. If you have a question regarding sound quality please ask before purchase. I have no problem sending a sound sample but it may take a few days.

Please be advised I will not accept returns on postal damaged packages. I use record boxes and package safely and securely so you are encouraged to insure your packages.
I do my best to grade accurately and will work with you if I make a mistake. I am human but please Just be nice.

Tracking

I will always put tracking in discogs to let you know I have shipped your order.

Paypal

I only ship to addresses approved in Paypal. if this is different than your discogs shipping address, you will need to add your discogs address as an approved shipping address in paypal prior to paying. Any discrepancies in addresses will delay or cancel shipment. If you have already paid and I am forced to cancel your order, I will deduct the paypal fee assessed me.

About Me

I am a collector first and not just a record seller. I am just trying to get rid of items I no longer want so I can buy music I want. I am human- I may from time to time make mistakes. All I ask is you me first before leaving neutral or negative so we can work to resolution. I am more than willing to provide a full refund if not satisfied but item needs to be returned to me before I give a refund. Import taxes are responsibility of the buyer as is return shipping.
