SHIPPING COSTS

I generally post out on Mondays and Thursday, but if you are in a rush just let me know. I work full time so have to fit doing this around that.
If you need something urgently let me know and I will do my best to help.

If a delivery attempt is made or an incorrect address is supplied we will refund the cost of the records we will not refund postage costs.

I post out in new heavy duty MusicMAX TWISTS MULTI DEPTH CRUCIFORM record mailers, so you records arrive it the exact condition they left me. Open the mailer and keep it in case you need to return the record.

I always try and give any additional information in the comments, including whether original inners, inserts and ephemera are present. I use the EX grade between VG+ and NM on some occasions, for things that fall on the borders of the grades.

We are a 'mom & pop' business we cannot afford to post at a loss, so we reserve the right to adjust prices and require insurance as we see fit. Ultimately this is to protect your records.

INSURANCE
The Royal Mail has dropped it's insurance cover to £20, so everything over that has to be insured.
I always obtain proof of postage that I will send it to you if needed.

CANCELATIONS
If you change your mind or make a mistake after paying that is fine, but please note I will not refund any fees I have incurred (e.g. Paypal no longer reimburses fees on a refund)

RETURNS
In the event you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return it (excluding postage and grading exceptions - see below) within one week of receipt, so if you have an issue me first. If the record is not as described or damaged in transit I will offer a full refund including original postage or discount. I will need photographic or audio proof of any damage.

GRADING

QUESTIONS
Please ask them before buying, placing an order then asking questions is not fair on other buyers who may want the record.
I reserve the right to cancel the order if you start negotiating after placing the order.

Unless it is a properly rare record I do not have time for photos - sorry. Feel free to ask but do not be upset i can't fit it in (I work full time)

I am a collector turned seller - I am mainly clearing out my record collection that I have accumulated over 25 years of charity shops, car boots, etc. I post only twice a week, usually Mondays and Thursday.

Everything listed is stored in an office I rent, so sometimes I may have to refund items that have gone missing, unfortunately I cannot go and check everything before billing. This is rare, but can happen.

To be clear - postage and packaging is the cost of the postage, plus the mailer, stiffener/bubble wrap, stickers, inners (to stop splitting of the originals), tape, labels plus the Paypal fee incurred on the postage portion of the total cost. In some cases I have bands that cover multiple records, this offers good value for those buying more than one record.
