9th October - yet another Royal Mail price increase as of this week
- posting a standard CD via First Class Large Letter the price has shot up by 60 pence!!!
- will have to revise my postage costs again I'm afraid

August 2024 - Brazilian orders update - seems all orders going to Brazil will now need to include the Buyers 'F' number as well as being sent via tracked Airmail - Brazilian customs are refusing orders that do not include the F number on the packaging

April 2024 update
4 recent complaints and a Negative have prompted the need for yet another clarification on my Airmail shipping on foreign orders
to clarify one more time :
I do NOT use tracked Airmail option within my auto-generated Discogs Shipping Policies
Tracked Airmail costs considerably more than Standard Airmail - especially on heavier multi item packages
Please do NOT assume I pick up the extra costs - if you want it tracked it will cost you the buyer a lot more than the invoiced costs for 'standard Airmail'
It can not be purchased after a package is sent - I can not magically provide a tracking number on non-tracked items many weeks later
also Airmail on anything over 2 Kilos in weight costs an absolute fortune to ship - I don't work for the post office or Royal Mail or set their prices !!
you want it tracked?? no problem - but please ask / request it in advance and accept the extra costs it will incur

October 2nd 2023 - Update
3rd UK Post Office price rise in a year
First class postage has been increased yet again as of Monday 2nd October - sadly I've had to tweak my UK Postage Policy accordingly

Also - please note
Any orders received after I close my retail shop at 5pm on a Saturday will not be processed until after 10am the following Tuesday morning when I re-open - as I don't work Sundays / Mondays

January 11th 2023 update:
Any orders received for shipping to Brazil
- my auto generated invoices will now HAVE to be revised to include tracking costs once package is weighed
seems the Brazilian Postal system refuse / send back anything that is not sent via Tracked Airmail - not ideal and not my choice
Either that or I stop selling to Brazil

Plus
European Customs clearances seem to be taking a LOT longer now they have VAT / IOSS paperwork checks - so please be patient
- Asking me where things are after only a few days will only get the same answer I get from local Post Office - 'It's in the system'

Recent issues with these long delays on delivery times (especially to Europe) has resulted in me receiving negative and even Paypal dispute cases - none of which I have any control over - so please at least message me first on the order page to discuss

Buyer pays all P&P costs and is responsible for all unsigned for/uninsured parcels.
I only use Tracked and Signed / Insured for options if requested BEFORE ordering / payment
Many people seem to believe it's by default on Airmail - sadly no it isn't - Proof of UK Postage receipts is all that you get by default
If you want tracked and signed please ask for it in advance - I can then get a proper quote on the package as it costs more than standard postage costs
To confirm so there is no doubt
Standard Airmail on ALL foreign orders does NOT include any tracking info whatsoever
If you want it tracked please ask in advance - it will cost you more than the invoice I send
All foreign orders go via Royal Mail 'Standard' Airmail by default
Tracking can NOT be purchased afterwards or obtained once an Invoice is paid and a package sent
Again - I would much rather answer postal queries in advance than have misunderstandings once items are ordered
I post your orders ASAP = often next day after payment = if it then takes a while in the postal systems please be aware it's the Airmail or postal system - not me
