ITALIAN CUSTOMERS:
We apologize to our customers from Italy, but due to a very high number of packages that are 'magically lost' in the Italian Post system over the last few months (or held at Italian customs for weeks- or even months), we no longer offer Air Mail service to Italy (including ed Air Mail). It is much too risky to send to Italy with any service other than EMS. Only EMS service is now offered to customers from Italy. We apologize - but this is the reality of sending to Italy. We can send packages all over the world, with issues being very rare, but the Italian Post system, month after month, year after year, has proven to be the least reliable of all the nations we send to. For this reason, we will no longer offer any service other than EMS for Italian bound orders.

Our next holidays will be from friday Aug. 10 until Tuesday Aug 14. Please note, during this time we will be happy to accept your orders, but we can not be shipping any items during those five days. Any orders received between Aug 10 and Aug 14 will be processed on Wednesday Aug 15. Thank you for your understanding. We don't take holidays often - so we hope for your acceptance of our brief 5-day break in August. :)
