Buyer pays all shipping cost. All vinyl records and all orders weighing above 250 grams will always be sent via ed shipping unless the buyer desires differently.

PLEASE NOTE: Standard shipping does not include tracking. We do NOT issue refunds if the item does not arrive and has been sent via standard shipping. This is all buyer's responsibility. Once handed over to International Delivery, the item is in the hands of each country's local mail carrier, and as such, not our responsibility.

This is how we ship CD's:

CD's can be shipped without jewel cases which usually lowers the shipping rate. Please, let us know if you want us to ship this way.

We never grade jewel cases unless irreplaceable (e.g. coloured, super jewel boxes etc.) - and we usually always substitute worn jewel cases with new jewel cases.

We ship in soft bubble-plastic padded envelopes and CD's always ship with jewel cases as described above. Jewel cases are fragile and may get cracks or scuffs. Feel free to ask us for alternate packaging. We do not charge extra for the packaging; only for possible increase in shipping costs.

This is how we ship LP's:

We ship used LP's by always removing the record (in its inner sleeve) and placing it outside of the album sleeve within a plastic cover, bubble wrapped in a cardboard packet. Sealed items remain sealed unless we are instructed to package them differently. Please, if you prefer a different method do not hesitate to us.

Cassette tapes will be shipped at €13.33 as well, mainly due to the fragility of their plastic cases. In order to secure efficient packaging, we will end up with a package weighing more than 100 grams, and as such, our only option is to ship it as if it was a jewel cased CD as well.

Again, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any uninsured packages not arriving or getting lost in the mail.

We do our best to ship our orders as soon as we can. Please note that during Saturdays, Sundays and holiday seasons, shipping might take a little while longer. Do not hesitate to us if an item you ordered is requested within a specific time frame.
