PLEASE NOTE RATES FOR LARGER ORDERS EXCEEDING STATED RATES OR MIXED FORMAT ORDERS ARE NOT QUOTED CORRECTLY AND WILL BE AMENDED AFTER ORDERING OR CAN BE QUOTED ON REQUEST, DEPENDING ON THE FINAL WEIGHT OF THE PACKAGE AND THE DESTINATION. THIS IS DUE TO THE DIFFICULTY OF HAVING ACCURATE GLOBAL RATES FOR ALL QUANTITIES AND VALUES. PLEASE ME DIRECTLY FOR ACCURATE SHIPPING RATES IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY DIFFICULTIES WITH ANY ITEM OR PROPOSED ORDER.

For all items sent outside the UK we quote for a signed for (tracked only in USA) and signed for and tracked fully insured service (tracked and insured only in USA) . We will not send orders outside the UK without tracked, signed for and/or fully insured postage being paid.

Orders can ONLY be sent to the address quoted on the PayPal payment instruction. If this is not possible a refund will be issued and a small charge may have to be levied since PayPal will now penalise me for any refunds.

Shipping

Record will be packed in a very tough custom box mailer. The record will be placed outside its cover and inside a brand new polythene protector and sealed at the top with fragile marked masking tape. Items are labelled "handle with care".

Combined shipping is available for multiple purchases.

All items will be sent within 3 working days although most items are sent the next day following payment

All UK orders will automatically be sent recorded delivery. All international items will be sent signed for and tracked if available dependant on country. This will fully insure your goods and will require a signature on delivery (except USA unless requested, for which service there would be an additional fee).

We always remove records from 12"/LP sleeves before packing to avoid seam splits, so there's no need to ask for this. All items are sent within a new protective sleeve, inside a tough corrugated mailer, sealed with FRAGILE marked masking tape.

Please note : all items are stored safely & upright out of direct sunlight, from a pet free, smoke free home.
