Media postage rates change as the US post office is constantly changing the postage rates Countries that are high risk-in the case of expensive records--either ed or express mail will be required--as these are much safer methods of shipping. Any records that you wish to return for any reason(including my mistakes) you will get a full refund for the cost of the item and for the cost of returning it. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND FOR THE COST OF THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE THAT I PAID TO SEND IT TO YOU. FOR FOREIGN CUSTOMERS--If you claim a record is lost and that you did not get it I will give you a full refund for the cost of the lost record. I WILL NOT REFUND YOU THE COST OF THE POSTAGE FEES YOU PAID FOR ME TO SEND THAT RECORD TO YOU. Lastly--if you claim a record is not in the shape you expected and YOU DO NOT RETURN IT--THE REFUND WILL NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF POSTAGE THAT WAS PAID TO ORIGINALLY GET THE RECORD.---- Foreign customers please note: that I take my packages to the post office and the postage is clearly affixed to the package so you can see exactly how much I paid. if you have any issues with the postage me and we will try to work it out.

Also one last thing--we will only ship to the address on your paypal payment form. If you want us to ship to another address please be specific and have a good reason for us to do that-I believe we lose any paypal protection if we ship to another address that is not the one on the paypal form.!
