I am a small-time record seller, selling a small collection I've accumulated over time and as of recent helping close friends to sell theirs. I carefully check the condition of every single record I send out twice. Once when I list the item, and once before shipping (and after cleaning if needed). If I feel I made a mistake on the initial grading at the time of listing, and notice it before shipping, I will communicate this to the buyer and give them the option of a discount, or a full refund. I package everything carefully, vinyl in dust sleeve on the outside of the cover, wrapped in bubble wrap, then carefully taped up in a sturdy mailer.

If you want me to playtest something before shipping, especially an item listed as Near Mint or Mint, please let me know. I don't like to play an unplayed record.

All items are checked carefully (and cleaned if needed).

Cancellations within 24 hrs accepted unless the item(s) have already been sent out.

REFUNDS / RETURNS:
I reserve the right to require photo evidence of items purchased that shows clearly any dispute condition/grading, and, to withhold any refund, full or partial, until it has been shown that the item in buyer's photo(s) matches my photo(s) of the same item I sold. I may request detailed photos of etching in deadwax and/or full view of label if I wish and am not required to provide any refund (full or partial) until this request has been honored. If item is determined to be wrong condition and/or eligible for full refund, I may reserve the right to withhold refund until item in question has been returned and is in my hands.
