LPs are cleaned on a Clearaudio Smart Matrix proffessional cleaning machine with the double cleaning method for maximum results and are send with clear protective inner sleeves and plastic sleeves. Shipping once or twice a week well protected with TRACKING. See below details about grading. I am very carefull and I mostly do audio grading.

PACKING: To ensure maximum safety I use stiffeners. The record is removed from the sleeve and placed in a clear plastic sleeve to avoid spine splits

Grading... MOST LPS WILL BE FULLY TESTED AT LEAST ONCE BEFORE SHIPPING, single LPs of value under 8 euros , double LPs of value under 13 euros are sometimes only visually graded (In most cases I do listen the cheap LPs also). The visual grading is done carefully with extensive playtest by dropping the needle at various points on the LP. Priority is given to the audio but also taking into consideration the looks of the LP. Exception is all sealed records that condition can not be visually confirmed and are sold 'as is'

WE BELIEVE AUDIO MEDIA CAN NOT BE ACCURATELY GRADED ONLY VISUALLY - LPs many times just play different than they look - Nevertheless, an experienced seller should be able to assess the various factors that can affect the quality or playback of an old record. These factors can include scratches, dust, humidity, mold, signs of use on the labels, friction with different storage material, polymerism with plastic inner sleeves, heat affected surface (visible warps and non visible sound alteration), inferior vinyl quality... and so on. Records also play different on different systems.
We do make mistakes in grading (overgrade and undergrade) but we try to use common sense, grade fairly and be honest. We want to sell good records for their actual condition and have happy returning buyers. Priority is given to the audio of the LP considering estimates of the pressing, age and media limitations.

AUDIO RECORDING AND PHOTOS CAN BE PROVIDED FOR MOST ITEMS ON MY LIST, no matter what the price. We prefer that the buyer knows as much as possible of the condition of the record and sleeve. All LPs are tested on a sensitive HIFI setup, using headphones for listening the detail and are cleaned on a Clearaudio professional cleaning machine for maximum results. We have the right to cancel an order in the rare case something was previously sold elsewhere. In the rare case this happens we will always try to inform as soon as possible and give a reason.
