VAT / IMPORT DUTIES UPDATE

(EUROPE, NEW ZEALAND, AUSTRALIA, U.K.):

To our customers in Europe, and other regions where VAT is paid on Discogs at checkout: your have your invoice that proves VAT was already paid on the order.

Thus, you SHOULD NOT be paying VAT a second time. If your order is 150 or over discogs does not take your vat and you will be paying this when you pick up your item.

In the rare event, that someone asks for VAT when you receive your package - please inform
them that VAT has already been paid - as on the invoice as required by applicable regulations.

If you have been forced to pay VAT twice on your order, please Discogs to assist, along with proof of having paid VAT/import tax on your order twice - and you will receive a refund of the VAT paid on your order here on Discogs.

In summary: relevant tax regulations can only impose VAT/import tax ONCE on a given order, not twice. If you paid VAT for your order here on Discogs, and again, a second time when the package was delivered to you - then you are eligible for a refund of your first VAT payment here on Discogs. Please Discogs, with your Discogs Order number, and we will work with them to issue your refund.

For items shipped internationally there is no insurance on foreign items as usps does not offer this. If you wish to pay extra for this please me upon purchase. Once the item is shipped out, the item is in the hands of USPS and dispute/damage will need to be taken up with them.

Once payment is made there is no cancelation as I will be purchasing postage and getting ready to ship item.
