To get your items out to you as fast and efficiently as possible, please read through our thorough FAQ to help you with any inquiries you might have about ordering with us. :) Due to the volume of messages we receive on a daily basis, we will not respond to inquiries that are addressed below.
ORDERING, INVOICING AND OFFERS
- We are not in the office every day but please don’t worry, you will receive a reply to your order or message within 2 to 4 days of your order.
- Orders ship within a week of our receipt of payment.
- Please note that our inventory is updated once a week and occasionally an item you wish to buy may be out-of-stock. You will be refunded for any items that are out of stock and you will be notified via messages if something is out of stock.
- If you make an order in error and request a refund after payment is submitted, we're happy to accommodate a refund minus the non-refundable fee PayPal charges us.
- Only offers made through the Discogs item page will be assessed. We are happy to combine multiple offers into a single order.
- We do not divulge our 'lowest' cost on an item so inquiries of this nature will not be answered.
ITEM INFORMATION
- If your item(s) contains original inserts, lyric sheets, and misc. ephemera it WILL be noted in the listing. If we do not state in the comments of the listing that any of these items are included, then please assume that they are NOT included.
- Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders we get daily, we do not send photos or detailed descriptions of products for items under $100. Everything is graded according to the Discogs standards for grading. Here's a link to their grading definitions:

- We do not guarantee the validity of codes for new or used items. If a new item’s code is missing or invalid, please the label for assistance. We cannot help you with the retrieving of codes.
- Sealed items are sold ‘as is’ and are non-returnable.
- "Still in shrink" means the shrink wrap is still on the jacket. It does not mean that the record is sealed.
SHIPPING
- Orders ship within a week of our receipt of payment.
- We always ship records outside of the jacket on unsealed items.
- Unless specifically notified, all items from an order will be shipped in one package.
- Packages will be shipped to the address associated with your PayPal . Please make sure that your both your email and your shipping address are up-to-date on PayPal.
- Tracking information will be ed to the Discogs order.
- We do not offer local pickup.

- PLEASE READ ALL THE CONDITION NOTES OF EACH ITEM YOU PURCHASE. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FOR ANY AND ALL ITEM DISCREPANCIES.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :
CUSTOMS FEES/VAT: As with any imported product, all buyers are responsible for any fees or taxes incurred upon their purchase and upon arrival. These are put in place by your local government and therefore we cannot be responsible for these charges when they are incurred. If a buyer refuses a package due to customs fees and it is returned to us, shipping will not be refunded. Please note: we are unable to falsify USPS documents by declaring a lesser value.
INVOICING: Because Discogs requires automatic invoicing, you will be invoiced before we have had a chance to weigh your order to determine the exact shipping cost. The amount charged automatically is usually correct, but on occasion (ex. heavyweight jackets, 180 gram vinyl), it undercharges the shipping cost. In these instances, we will you and let you know the difference that is owed. If you do not wish to pay the difference, we will refund your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the effect that the pandemic has had on transit times to international destinations, ALL international orders must be shipped with insurance at buyer's expense.
