- For most countries shipping rates are available. Shipping is at own risk. For most countries track and trace is standard and for packages above €100 I will always ship ed. ( You will pay the standard shipping costs, but he extra costs for ed shipping will be on my )

- If your country is not listed, please me.

- If you have a cheaper shipping option, or if the amount exceeds the max. weight. Feel free to me. We will work something out.

- From 01-08-2022 shipment of letterbox packages (deliveries up to 2kg) to the following countries will be with track & trace!:
* Europe (except Bosnia, Montenegro, Albania, North Macedonia, Moldova and Kosovo)
* USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Morocco, South Korea, Thailand, Japan, China
Shipment prices remain the same, so no extra costs!

For all other countries shipment of letterbox packages will remain without track&trace. ( I will update when this changes) This will be at own risk.

Larger packages (+2kg) will always be with t&t.

- Offers are negotiable and pictures can be sent by request, but please don't make offers that are a fraction of the price or ask pictures for items that are a few euro's :)

- Pickup in Venlo (the Netherlands) possible. If you are living near my city ( I live close to the German border) we can see if orders can be delivered.

- I only grade the jewel case when it is a customized case for that cd. In that case I will make sure it is packed securely. If regular jewel cases are damaged during shipment I will not give a refund for the case as they can be replaced easily.

- If you are not satisfied, please me first. We will find a solution. I always try to be as precise as possible when it comes to grading and shipping, but even I make mistakes ;)
Just me and I will try to solve things.

- When no comment is added CD's will always play without skipping. I wil always test CDs to be sure. I cannot be held responsible when a CD does skip at your CD player.

- I am a collector myself and this is not my job. Although I am almost daily involved with it, and I am trying to ship muiltiple times a week. It can happen that it takes a few days before the items are being shipped. My apologies for that ;)
