- $6.99 flat rate shipping for 1-3 items; $9.99 flat rate shipping for 4-7 items; $14.99 flat rate for 8+ items (each LP counts as an "item" for shipping purposes; e.g., a 2xLP set will calculate as 2 items)
- Record sleeves ship in clear outer sleeve, vinyl record itself in anti-static archival inner (unless otherwise listed OR item is sealed)
- Once you pay for your order, I am unable to add items or merge additional orders; if you place and pay for two or more separate orders, they will ship separately. Please ensure your order is complete before you pay for it!

-- NO RETURNS FOR WARPED RECORDS: if a non-sealed record I'm selling has any warps, I will include such in the description; during summer months, records left in hot USPS delivery trucks/in the sun on the porch/etc. may warp-- this is out of my hands and I will not accept returns for warped records!

*All orders >=$99.99 are shipped via insured Priority Mail for our mutual protection. Below that amount the buyer is responsible for insurance--MUST REQUEST INSURANCE BEFORE PAYMENT. If your insured parcel does arrive damaged, please document with photos and/or have your postal delivery worker acknowledge in writing---this would be required for any claim filed.

RELEASE VERSIONS: I strive to list the correct release version by meticulously checking run-outs, label styles, variations, etc., but I cannot ensure I identify the precise release on every occasion. If receiving a given release version is important to you, I am happy to provide you with barcode, run-out, and label information so you may confirm the listed release version's accuracy.
--- There will be NO REFUNDS (partial or whole) for items that differ from the release version listed. I will happily accept returns on such items, provided buyer pays return shipping and notifies me of intent to return within 4 business days of receiving the item. In such cases, buyer assumes all liability for mishandling/loss during shipping and seller reserves the right to reduce refund amount for any damage to album sleeves or records that occurs during transit or while in buyer's possession.

SEALED ITEMS:
- Buyers must agree that sealed items are to be ACCEPTED AS RECEIVED --> Buyer assumes liability for seam splits and warped vinyl unless you request that I remove from sleeve prior to shipping!
- I attempt to list sealed items as their correct release version, but since label/run-out particulars cannot be known, I cannot guarantee that a sealed item is the particular release listed. Nor can I guarantee against storage warps, manufacturing defects, or internal paper scuffing that cannot be identified without unsealing the item.

"SOLD AS IS" ITEMS: Items graded below VG (Good+, Good, Fair, Poor) or with an identified warp are sold AS IS. SOLD AS IS means quality cannot be guaranteed and buyer assumes risk of purchase--NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. I will ensure record does not skip/repeat on my setup OR mention any skips/repeats in description, but cannot guarantee a record graded lower than VG (or a record with a warp issue) will play just as well on your setup.

GRADING: I do my best to be as descriptive as possible with my descriptions of both the media and the sleeve. I aim to never have a dissatisfied customer. If you have a quality issue, I am happy to discuss. I may require photo or video evidence to any quality claims.*

--- Should it come down to having to return an album you feel does not qualify for the GRADE** given under the Discogs Goldmine standards (which I apply conservatively), SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE BUYER TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING before processing a refund of the item(s) purchase price within 4 business days of receiving the item. Buyer must provide notice of intent to return before shipping.

*Returns will not be accepted for records that have been played on budget turntables (e.g., "Crosley" and clones, "Victrola" and clones, Skywin, Leetac, or Hanpin manufactured devices, all-in-one devices). Seller reserves the right to determine what constitutes a "budget turntable."
**Returns will NOT be accepted for items that do not precisely match descriptions provided but still match the Goldmine standard grade listed.
