12” vinyl records are shipped in 12" mailers with appropriate stiffeners. The buyer is responsible for postage and packaging, as well as any additional costs for recorded or ed delivery, if required. 7” vinyl records are mailed in 7" mailers with stiffeners.
Once you leave positive , we will reciprocate with positive as well. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter before you consider leaving negative .
In the case of records that are damaged or lost in transit, we will work with you and the courier to address the issue. Please note that we do not accept returns for records purchased in error.
**UK Shipping Charges:** The cost includes 'ROYAL MAIL TRACKED DELIVERY' at £5.90 for up to two items, with an additional £1 for each extra item.
**Europe Shipping Charges:** The cost includes the mandatory 'International Tracked' service at £15.00 for the first item, with an additional £2 for each extra item. Double packs are charged as two items.
**USA/Rest of World Shipping Charges:** The cost includes the mandatory 'International Signed For Delivery with Tracking' (if available) at £26.00 for the first item, with an additional £5 for each extra item. Double packs are charged as two items.
