In case the customer residing country’s customs are requesting any form of extra fee / charges these are the customers responsibility, we do not intervene in anyway with the receiving country’s customs. If the package get stuck in customs this is also the customer's responsibility to reach out for custom clearance, in the case the package is being returned, the customer will have to pay shipping and return fees to have it re-sent.
In case you would like us to declare it as a « Gift » please mention it by message as you order, but if the customs are requesting you to pay a second time VAT then this will be your responsibility.

GRADING
GRADING COMMENTS -> You will sometimes see some strange characters in the Grading comments, these are just due to the fact that Discogs does not Korean Characters, we use them on our internal system and it will be the exact translation of what's written in English so you can just ignore them please. Thanks for your comprehension.
SCALE -> Unless unwrapped by ourselves we almost never use NM Gradings for records, Jacket in Shrink and perfect condition can sometimes be graded NM only if we consider they are 100% as new. Our VG+ is for flawless records, a few extremely superficial paper scuffs are acceptable but we try to be as conservative as possible.
GRADING -> Visual Grading policy. Most Records are being play-checked before listing.
VG GRADINGS -> Make sure you acknowledge that VG gradings could imply having some light surface noise or scuffing on the media. When it comes to Jacket light ringwear or edgewear. In the case these are significantly strong we will notify it.
SEALED RECORDS -> We aren't responsible for defects in manufacture but we always take care to check if no visible warp or defects are present, please read comments on the record's description.
7 Inch -> When the Cover is graded for 7 inches it usually refers to the original Inner sleeve's condition. If there was an Original cover with artwork then it will refer to the Original cover.
