AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders will be cancelled if payment in full has not been received within 5-days from the date the item has been reserved. No sales to buyers with no buyer purchase history.

PHOTOS:
I am not able to provide photos of items I am selling. On the average I spend 15 minutes grading each cover, it is the same for a $20 record, a $200 record, or a $2000 record. I am using old school technology and am not able to provide photos. Laminated covers cause lighting reflections artifacts and different lighting conditions can either magnify minor imperfections or miss other imperfections entirely. I am a detailed exact grader ... see grading section below for additional information.

OF SALE:
I take Paypal payment for full price purchases. Discounts require cash payments via personal check, bank cashier's check, postal money order, or bank wire transfer for large purchases. Please me before making a purchase about payment whenever possible and provide me your email address for correspondence.

GRADING:
I am an exact detailed grader and spend 15 minutes on the average to grade each record and cover. I use conservative grading as described by discogs and also follow standards originating from Goldmine. All standard record grading systems are visual and not audio. Some record labels are known for better sound and others are known for lower quality sound. It is the buyer's responsibility to learn the labels and their sound characteristics respectively before investing in records, and especially more expensive records. There is also variation between records (even from the same pressing run) and that is all part of the collecting hobby. All records have been inspected visually. Some records have been cleaned with a VPI 17 using active enzyme treatment and lab water. If a buyer would like a record cleaned before purchasing, the fee for this is $4.00 per record. Play grades are not available because I have sold my analogue system.

PAYMENT:
Please make sure your DISCOGS and PAYPAL names and addresses match. Please also be aware we reserve the right to ask for CASH payment, MONEY ORDER, BANK TRANSFER, or CHECK (must clear before shipment), on any order according to value or buyer or concerns (e.g., excessive negative or very little ) .

SHIPPING:
Please allow up to 3-5 days from "payment received" for us to pull, inspect, and prepare your order for shipment.
We pack all orders well with sturdy "reinforced" shipping boxes. We would never ship damaged goods.
We are using whiplash mailers ($3 each) so if shipping costs to your location are more than you pay for we may request additional money to cover this expense.
Please understand we are NOT liable for shipping damage, mishandling, or loss by the delivery agent/carrier either foreign or domestic. If this is a concern and you will not accept the risk, please request insurance. We do not use USPS media mail because insurance or tracking is not available with this method. All shipping will include trackable shipping methods.

SHIPPING TO United States:
One (1) LP is $8.00. Each additional LP is $2.00. Double albums count as two (2) records. In some states only priority shipping is available.
Note: For faster shipping, priority is available at $14.00 for the first LP and each additional LP/record is $3.00.

INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL:
Canada: One (1) LP IS $28.00. Each additional LP is $5.00. Double albums count as two (2) records. All orders to Canada of $75 or more will be shipped via USPS guaranteed mail with tracking number.

MEXICO: One (1) LP IS $30.00. Each additional LP is $5.00. Double albums count as two (2) records. All orders to Mexico of $75 or more will be shipped via USPS guaranteed mail with tracking number.

AUSTRALIA: One (1) LP IS $40.00. Each additional LP is $5.00. Double albums count as two (2) records. All orders to Australia of $75 or more will be shipped via USPS guaranteed mail with tracking number.

ASIA: One (1) LP IS $35.00. Each additional LP is $5.00. Double albums count as two (2) records. All orders to JAPAN of $75 or more will be shipped via USPS guaranteed mail with tracking number.

EUROPE, SOUTH AMERICA, & AFRICA: One (1) LP IS $33.00. Each additional LP is $5.00. Double albums count as two (2) records. All orders to JAPAN of $75 or more will be shipped via USPS guaranteed mail with tracking number.

RETURNS

Returns are not allowed unless the item arrives damaged or is not in the visual condition as described in the listing. Returns are not acceptable for sound characteristics and individual variations between records, pressing plants, pressing companies, etc. Items cannot be purchased under the presumption from the buyer a return will either occur or is likely to occur. Please read listing descriptions carefully. The seller is allowed to cancel orders when the buyer provides evidence of planning on returning an item before it has been purchased, shipped out, or received. Any items returned must be posted within 5 days after received by the same shipping method that was sent to them and in the exact condition in what it was sent upon return. Returned items must be packed and returned in original boxes and packed in the same way as they were received. Returned items must be the exact same item including record, cover, inner sleeve, inserts, posters etc.

BUYER'S ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY: Buyers declining insurance acknowledge and assume full responsibility for any potential damage during shipping. The seller's responsibility concludes when the item is handed over to the shipping Carrier.

INSURANCE COVERAGE SELECTION: It is the buyer's responsibility to request and pay for insurance based on the value and fragility of the purchased item(s).

PAYPAL TRANSACTIONS AND INSURANCE OBLIGATIONS: For transactions processed through PayPal, buyers buyer's recognize that while PayPal's may impose additional obligations, the primary responsibility for insurance lies with the buyer as outlined in these .

CLAIMS PROCESS GUIDANCE: In the unfortunate event of damage, buyers must follow the claims process provided by the shipping carrier and the chosen insurance coverage. The seller will cooperate as necessary to facility the buyer's claim.

REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE: Buyers are strongly advised to thoroughly review and accept these before finalizing the purchase. Completion of the transaction signifies the buyer's understanding and acceptance of these .

We reserve the right to request additional payment if the automated S&H charges fall short of our actual costs. (happens more often than you might think) We will ship internationally if you agree to pay for the ACTUAL shipping expenses. Please us in advance and we can arrange it.
Foreign buyers: PLEASE acquaint yourselves with your country's CUSTOMS FEES. You are responsible for them. If you do not want to pay them, do not order from us. Please do NOT ask us to adjust them for you as this is an illegal action.

PLEASE NOTE:
Sealed items are worth more than open ones. If you purchase a sealed record and then open it, it will be worth less. Please frequently monitor your order page for messaging. We reserve the right to cancel (and refund, or course) any order if we feel it is too risky for some reason. Any order not paid for within 4 days will be cancelled by discogs, and discogs will automatically leave you negative .

If there is a problem, please let us know within 5 days of receipt. Orders beyond 5 days are considered FINAL. Above all, we want you to be happy...this is our primary goal. Sometimes things happen and if you are not happy for any reason, We will work with you to fix it to your satisfaction and in accordance with these of sale, OR we will take the record back so long as it's in the same condition as sent. If there is an error on our part, we will pay for return shipping. If there is no error on our part, return shipping will be at the buyer's expense.
