We professionally pack every record with care using the correct boxes & shipping materials. We provide tracking numbers for every purchase. If you want your record to arrive faster please us at the time of purchase about you paying for priority shipping and if agreed upon we will adjust your shipping costs on your invoice.

Electric Eye Records is a physical record store with only 2 employees. Discogs orders are packed up and shipped within 24-36 hours Monday through Friday and sometimes Saturday.

We ship to the address on your DISCOGS , it's your responsibility to make sure we have the right shipping address.

All of our shipping costs are flat rate and factor in the costs of shipping materials & labor. Buyer is responsible for purchasing insurance if you desire. Please inquire at the time of ordering.

All lost/damaged packages require a claims process detailed below for a refund.

LOST PACKAGES- A claim for a lost item can be filed if the package is not received within 60 days from the ship date.
OUTSIDE OF USA CUSTOMERS NOTE: We won't even discuss a lost package with you until 60 days after the shipping date.
DAMAGED PACKAGES- We only refund up to $25.00 for a record damaged by the post office if you didnt pay for insurance. A claim for a damaged item can be filed immediately with photo evidence. All photos should be sent to [email protected]. Please include order number in the subject of the email. Please note: WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON PACKAGES LOST OR DAMAGED BY NON-USA POSTAL SYSTEMS.

Payments not received after 7 days of us sending the buyer an invoice will automatically be cancelled.
