EUROPE: We are sending to all EU countries and worldwide. We are only sending using Royal Mail online postage as this has been 100% successful to all destinations so far this year.

Please have patience if your order is delayed. All post is insured so no need to worry about your order.

All postage fees, taxes, tariffs and customs duties and related costs are the duty of the buyer and customs forms must state the correct value of goods. We will not alter customs forms to show lower amounts. This is illegal, against Discogs rules and also negates shipping insurance. Please do not ask us to avoid taxes or custom duties as we will not do so under any circumstance.

All items are charged as listed in our shipping charges. All shipping / postage and VAT charges are payable by buyer. Please do not ask for discounts to offset these costs. We do not offer discounts on items or shipping instead we offer nice correctly graded items at generally the best prices for quality. All our cd's have new cases unless stated. All records are cleaned by hand on a Professional Moth MK2 record cleaning machine.

Post and Packing charges.

UK: 7" vinyl, CD, and CD single are sent 2nd class + £3.00 for first item. Add £0.50p per extra item added.

UK: 12" Vinyl are sent 2nd class + £4.35 for first item. Add + 0.60p per extra added item to order.

Note: (UK only) multiple CD boxes or LP's post charged per disc

All shipments can be sent tracked at buyer's cost of £4 extra per item. Please us before paying for your order if you require tracked shipping and we can send you a adjusted invoice.

Europe: 7", CD or cd single + £6. 12" + £10 for first item. + £1.50 per extra added item - Note: Limit of 2Kg packed weight for each world / Europe parcel by airmail. Please message for price before ordering if order is likely to be over 2Kg packed weight. Airmail parcels are not sent by tracked mail.

USA 7", CD or CD single + £8.50. 12" LP or 12" single + £18.60 + £1.50 per extra added item. Limit of 2Kg packed weight for each USA parcel by airmail. Please message for price before ordering if order is likely to be over 2Kg packed weight. Airmail parcels are not sent by tracked mail.

Canada 7" vinyl, CD or CD single £8.50. 12" vinyl LP or 12" single + £14.50 + £1.50 per extra added item. Limit of 2Kg packed weight for each Canada parcel by airmail. Please message for price before ordering if order is likely to be over 2Kg packed weight. Airmail parcels are not sent by tracked mail.

Rest of World: ( Brazil see below) 7" vinyl & CD + £9.25, 12" + £17 for first item. + £1.50 per extra added item. - Note: Limit of 2Kg packed weight for each worldwide parcel by airmail. Please message for price before ordering if order is likely to be over 2Kg packed weight. Airmail parcels are not sent by tracked mail.

Brazil / Mexico- All South Africa, Brazil and Mexico mail must be sent tracked. 7" vinyl, CD or CD single £13 12" LP or 12" single £17.90 + £1.50 for each added item. Tracked mail.

Please note: Double vinyl 12" LP are regarded as 2 items for postage rates as heavier and post costs are charged by weight. Other multi disc items are priced by number of discs.

Sorry but we will not send without CD jewel cases on small orders. We can only remove CD jewel cases on bulk orders. A bulk order is more than 20 items. CD's are easily damaged and must be packed in some protection for safe sending and jewel cases are lightest and best for that on orders of less than 20 items. Orders sent without cases are at your own risk and we cannot accept claims for damage if sent this way.

All items are sent by 2nd class regular Royal mail in UK and are sent by regular Royal mail airmail to non UK destinations. Bulk UK orders will be sent by Hermes or budget Courier. We no longer send by courier to non UK addresses.

Overseas bulk prices are priced by weight on an individual basis depending on destination. Message us for more details. Overseas shipping prices for more than 2Kg packed weight is no longer available 2 Kg is the maximum packed parcel weight. Note: Example - 2Kg is approx. 5-7 single LP's or 20 - 40 x 7" singles, 19 x CD singles or 40 x CD's without jewel cases - this is the average packed weight. We use very good packaging with records sent in a card mailer with two card protection sheets - not one damaged record as yet!! CD are sent in bubble bags or boxes depending on size of order. We are happy to remove jewel boxes for cheaper shipping on bulk CD orders of more than 20 CD's. We do not send bulk orders to PO box numbers as package needs to be signed for.

Please note: We do not send out on Saturdays or Sundays or UK bank holidays. All weekend orders after 1pm on Friday are sent on the following Monday. Most orders will be sent same day if order processed before 3pm.

All records are cleaned by hand before sending on a Moth MKII pro machine washer for the best possible sound.
Invoice must be settled in full before items will be sent. We only accept payment by PayPal.
