Here at SILVERFOX RECORDS we have over 40 years experience in mail order shipping, records are ultrasonically cleaned and packed using high quality heavy duty card mailers and stiffeners (4). We usually dispatch the same day unless ordered on a weekend.
All postage costs include the costs of packaging materials.

We do not hold records for anyone, no exceptions. So without immediate payment made for your order we can not guarantee availability of the item.
This is due to most stock items also listed on other online selling platforms and do not become removed until payment has been made.

International buyers please note that we send all orders by INTERNATIONAL TRACKED AND SIGNED service.
A ROYAL MAIL tracking will be issued and displayed on your order detail.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we offer a full refund policy upon return of the item.
Please note that refunds can only be made if the item is returned to us within 28 days from purchase date (UK mainland) or 45 days Worldwide.

We do not entertain partial refunds as this is subjective and open to abuse so please do not ask.
Also we only refund return postage costs at our own discretion and these funds are only refunded once the items have been received.
Under no circumstances do we refund return postage costs in advance.

Please note that all orders sent to the EU will be subject to import duties and VAT which is unavoidable (this also includes postage costs).
All these additional costs for import duties and VAT are payable by the recipient and we do not reimburse these fees under no circumstances.
Failure to pay these fees will result in your order being returned to us and we do not reimburse postage costs all all returned orders.
