TRACKING NUMBER: you will get an email from our service partner. If you do not find it in your mailbox, please also check your spam filter. In this mail you will find a link to be able to check all tracking details of your shipment, or just follow the instructions inside the order.
COMPLAINTS / RETURN POLICY: in case of a return (no matter why), buyer pays for shipping (see PAYPAL policy). With your order you accept these ! Complaints have to be communicated within 14 days after you received the item.
ORDER CANCELLATION: if you cancel your order after you have paid for it, we will charge you 10% of the total amount for handling fee, because Paypal is charging us also fees. If an UPG-number has been created already, it is not possible to cancel the order anymore.
RETURNS TO SENDER:
In any case your parcel return to us, because you didn't take care of tracking informations or you did not pick it up at your local post office, or your customs reject it for unknown reasons, we will charge you 15 Euro for the return and re-shipping! By placing the order you have read our and agreed to them. If you do not want the item re-shipped, we only refund the item value - NOT the shipping costs we have paid for!
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS for 7" SINGLES and CDs... please take a look at the checkout before you pay! For some countries we are offering WARENPOST, which is much cheaper then regular post. Please choose this option only when you are buying 7" or CDs.
