• SHIPPING SCHEDULE •

I am usually able to mail an item within 1-2 business days. I use media mail for the majority of orders, but if the item exceeds a certain amount I use First Class or Priority. If you need something shipped faster, please me.

When tracking is sent to you, it means the item is in the United State Postal System (USPS) system. I hand write every address and the tracking number is entered from the tracking receipt. If orders are made on a Friday, or Saturday, you must expect extra time for mailing.

Furthermore, it is important to note:
USPS seems - increasingly - to not be scanning items into the system in a timely matter. Sometimes not even at all, until delivery. Sometimes, packages take a trip around the world before making it to you. Obviously, these occurrences are completely out of my control. The USPS is amazing value, but nevertheless I am sorry it happens. However, I ask that you consider this and try to be understanding.

• ITEMS WITH "MAKE OFFER" OPTION •
Many of the items have the "Make Offer" option enabled. I've enabled the offer function primarily for buyers wishing to make an offer on numerous items in one transaction. I have thousands of items and am always adding more - take a look! , Discogs allows the buyer to submit only one offer. There is no counteroffer function here, so don't waste it. I am usually willing to accept reasonable offers that are fair to both parties.

• LOCAL PICK-UP OF ITEMS • 
Local pick-up of purchases is usually available for all items on Church Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. You must provide a phone number to text, and we must set up a time. Usually in the morning to early afternoon is ideal. These transactions are beneficial to both of us, as I don't have to pack your item, and you don't have to pay shipping costs. • INSURANCE • 
If you would like to add insurance to your parcel, please write prior to purchasing or in the order messages. , I am at the mercy of the USPS, so aside from packing items well, I cannot guarantee they will handle your shipment without insurance.

• US SALES TAX • 
Discogs now adds State Sales Tax to most US orders. Sellers have no way opt out. I pay fees on the taxes you pay when paid through PayPal.

• ORDER CANCELLATIONS • 
I can cancel your order if you request it, however please be sure that you want an item before ordering, and ask any questions prior. Once an item is paid for, I do not cancel orders.

• YOUR SHIP-TO ADDRESS / PAYPAL •
Orders paid for through PayPal ship to your listed PAYPAL address, not your DISCOGS address. If your address is incorrect/incomplete and you don't notify me prior to shipment, the item will be mailed to the PayPal address regardless. NO REFUNDS GIVEN TO BUYERS WITH INCORRECT DISCOGS ADDRESSES. If the item is returned to me you will be responsible for return shipment.

• ITEMS /SHIPPING / PACKING •

I ship through USPS. Unless negotiated otherwise, buyer pays all associated shipping costs.

All items have tracking, but if you elect not to add insurance, it is at your own risk.

I will not be held responsible for damage, or loss, to items during transit.

7" Vinyl Records are not played through. You have to expect wear, crackling, noise etc. These are old records from the 50s, 60s, and 70s and they have wear. I try to grade them the best I can. I think it should be expected that these old records will have sound issues especially since they come from a used environment so please consider this.

Items are visually graded, and most are not played throughout. I cannot confirm skips or light warps. If this is a concern, kindly request to have your item played after payment. If it has wear not listed in the description, a refund will be sent for that item. This may take longer to get the item mailed out so consider this as well.

Jewel cases, cassette cases, and shells that store the media are not graded. You can easily replace those if they do not fit your requirements. Therefore I take no responsibility for this.

• "NON-PAYING BUYER" CANCELLATION POLICY • 
Once an order is placed, you have 7 days to complete payment. If no payment for an item is made after 7 days of invoice being sent to you, Discogs will automatically relist the item and leave you a negative . This is an automated process.

• MINIMUM BUYER RATING • 
I require you to have a minimum rating of 90% to purchase.

I are not responsible for reshipment of items returned to me, unclaimed, or held at customs.

• CONDITION GRADING • 
Grading of records is not everything when buying, but it's ALMOST everything. As people who not only sell, but collect physical products as well, nothing is more frustrating, than misgrading and having to go back to the seller; it wastes everyone’s time. And unfortunately, Discogs seems, increasingly, to be a marketplace of novice sellers who do not value, or understand, or care at all, about grading. So, I've decided to say a few things about condition here, and how I see it. 

M (MINT): Exclusive grade to Still Sealed Items, and (sometimes) for Unplayed Items that were issued unsealed - usually super indie/boutique labels. Obviously, one can only assume a Still Sealed item to be Mint. No, we do not re-seal anything, Ever. Only flat Still Sealed records are sold. If you want a Still Sealed record opened prior to shipping, please let us know in the Discogs order details at the time of payment. 

NM / M- (NEAR MINT / MINT MINUS): Aside from new items (issued unsealed), NM / M- is the highest grade a non-still sealed item get. NM / M- items will possibly be unplayed but definitely have little to no wear! (Discogs: "A nearly perfect record (tape, CD, etc). The record should show no obvious signs of wear.") 

VG+ (Very Good +): (Discogs: "Will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it.") 

VG (Very Good): Depending on the type of music, a VG record is just fine! It won't have scratches you can feel - only surface marks. "Noticeable groove wear and light scratches. Surface noise will not overpower the music." 

G+ (Good Plus): A "Good Plus" is no good. It's worn, may have scratches you can feel, but it does play, and probably with a lot of noise. (Discogs: "Can play without skipping. Significant scratches, surface noise, and groove wear.") 

G (Good): Again, a "Good" is not good. It's worn, but it does play, may have scratches you can feel, and probably with a lot of noise. (Discogs: "Can play without skipping. Significant scratches, surface noise, and groove wear.")

Shipping costs are not negotiable under any circumstances once they are sent unless we spoke about bundling an order. Costs are set at an average rate and include costs for packaging, handling and fees.
