5) le custodie dei CD, musicassette e minidisc, visto che sono sostituibili, non vengono valutate - il grading fornito riguarda solo la condizione del o audio e degli inserti

6) Lavorando spesso alle fiere del disco, può capitare che a volte, soprattutto nei fine settimana, qualche disco della lista venga venduto e risulti così non disponibile - se questo può costituire per voi un motivo per lasciare un negativo, per favore non comprate dalla mia pagina, grazie!
Inoltre, al fine di evitare disguidi, prima di effettuare il pagamento potete chiedere conferma della disponibilità degli articoli ordinati, e vi garantisco che vi risponderò nel più breve tempo possibile.

7) Nel caso che non siate soddisfatti dell'acquisto, i rimborsi saranno presi in considerazione soltanto una volta che la merce è stata restituita, nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stata originariamente inviata.

1) Standard CDs and minidiscs jewel cases, since they're replaceable, are not graded : THE GIVEN GRADING IS ABOUT THE ACTUAL CDS AND INSERTS

2) Sealed items are obviously graded only visually, and sold as they are - once opened we are not accepting complaints, returns or negative

3) Cassettes are graded only visually

4) Working often on record fairs, it might happen, especially during weekends, that some of the items listed are getting sold and that they could be unavailable when an order is placed - if this could be for you a reason for a poor , please do not buy from my page, thanks!
Also, in order to avoid inconveniences, I am willing to double check that every item ordered is still available: send a message about this BEFORE completing the payment, and I promise that I will get back to you in no time.

5) If you pay via Paypal, I will use the shipping address Paypal provides - no exceptions are made!

6) For any request to cancel an order once it’s been placed and paid for (by any reason that it does not depend from a clear fault on my side), I am going to refund ONLY the goods, NOT the postage. The software I am using proceeds to print out labels within an hour after the payment is processed: this means that I am going to be charged for the shipping labels even when the actual order is cancelled, therefore I am in no position to refund the postage in such case.

7) RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY: in case you shall not be happy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund only once the goods purchased are returned in the same condition as they were shipped in the first place, and no refunds will be issued unless you return the items you are not happy with. Return postage will be covered by the buyer (unless you could take advantage of Paypal returns policy). Any refund/returns claim have to be made within 6 days from the date of delivery, otherwise it will be ignored.

8) If an international shipment is returned to my address I am bound to pay for the return postage, that most of the times is more expensive than the original shipping costs. Therefore, when (by any reason that does not depend from a clear fault on my side : wrong Paypal address, delivery attempts when the recipent is absent, and so on) an order is sent back to my address, the very same order is considered finally closed, and the buyer has to make a brand new order if he/she wishes to buy the same item again.
