| 🔄 RARE STOCK ISSUES
There are some rare occurrences where an item may have been ordered off of our eBay, website, or locally and was not removed in time or properly. In this instance we will you to let you know of the stock issue and let you know if your item can be restocked and a timeframe for that restock to occur.

| 🔍 RECORD VERSION CHECK
We do our best to list records correctly but sometimes they are not. If you are looking for a specific version and there is a common barcode that relates to multiple versions, you might want to check we have it listed correctly before finishing your purchase. This is especially pertinent to New records. When it comes to Used records where we are looking at the deadwax before listing there is little chance we are going to list those incorrectly. This pertains primarily to New/Sealed records that have the same barcode across multiple versions. Feel free to message us to check this before you purchase - or purchase but don't pay and inquire.

| 📦 ADDRESS REMINDER
Please make sure the address you have listed on Discogs is current before placing your order. We print labels with a program outside of PayPal so we do not typically reference there for shipping information.

Flat Rate: $7.40 (Unlimited items via Media Mail with delivery confirmation tracking via USPS).
Priority Mail: $12.50 for 1 record (+$3 for each additional record).
Free Shipping Deal: Orders of $100+ with 3 or more items qualify for free shipping, please allow price to be adjusted before sending payment though.

Other shipping methods are available, as well as insurance - us to discuss.

| 🌍 INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Please allow invoice check for shipping calculation before paying for your order. Sometimes the auto-calculated shipping rate is incorrect and needs to be adjusted. We would also like to confirm the stock before you pay. This primarily applies to box sets or specially packaged items that are greater than usual for a single, double, or triple album. If the rate appears off to you, inquire via message or email.

Canada: $25 for 1-3 records (1-2 lbs); $36 for 4-5 records (2-3 lbs).

Rest of World:
$37 for 1-2 records.

Australia/New Zealand: Rates are higher— us for details (await shipping rate confirmation BEFORE PAYING)

| 🌍 INTERNATIONAL BUYERS SHIPPING TO A US ADDRESS
If you are using a PayPal outside of the US we will need you to pay a surcharge on the normal shipping rate when shipping to a US address (4% usually). Paypal takes a higher percentage for these payments and it needs to be considered in your final payment amount. Advise us prior to sending payment that you are an international buyer, paying with a non-us PayPal , and shipping to a US address. Otherwise we will follow up with request of additional payment on top of the initial paypal fee, which will make this amount higher than if you allow our adjustment prior to sending payment.

| 💡 RECOMMENDED
If you plan to open your purchase and not keep it sealed it is suggested you allow us to cleanly open the shrink (keeping it intact) and ship the records outside of the sleeve to prevent from seam splits during shipping

| 🎧 PLAY TEST REQUEST
You can request the play test results of any used records that are $20+ - just send us a message with a link to the title in question.

| 🏷️ PRICE STICKERS
We have had some recent complaints about our stickers being hard to get off of the shrinkwrap. We are in a transition phase into new stickers that are easily peelable off of shrink. We never put stickers directly on art sleeves and always bag them in the shop with the stickers on the bags.

There are still a lot of items with the older stickers on them - if you want to get them off of your shrinkwrap you can use a product called "goo-gone" - apply it to just the top of the sticker and let it sit for about 10 minutes, then peel the sticker off. Use a lightly damped towel with more goo-gone to remove any remaining adhesive that sticks to the shrink. This method has worked many times with perfect results for myself. If you would like us to remove the stickers before shipping you may make this request in your order messages.
