Automatic Cancellation Policy: Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 5 days.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made in full within 3 days of the sale or the record will be placed back on sale and bad will be left. All orders are automatically cancelled in 5 days.

We only accept Paypal as payment. No other payment will be accepted and orders will be cancelled if requested.

Please always us before assuming the worst or posting negative . Please allow a day or two for a reply.

Please be polite and leave positive on arrival. We will do the same.

ORDERS

Please note all records are checked before sending. We will not issue refunds unless its a genuine reason.

Please note most records will have signs of wear and tear and are based on the grading scheme.

By ordering with us you are accepting these and conditions.

POSTAGE/PACKAGING

All records sent in strong high end mailers and therefore may not require stiffeners.

Despatch is normally around 7 days but due to work commitments could be longer on occasion. Please message me regarding postage for large orders.

Please note that if a delivery is going to cost more than the amount stated I may you to pay the additional, but this is rare and only in extreme cases.

Any orders outside of Great Britain should be tracked for your own good. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the post if tracked/insured service is not used.

ALL export/customs payments are done up front but some countries may charge import duties. THIS IS NOT THE RESPONSABILITY OF THE SELLER.

We will not be responsible if customs on your end charge additional for delivery!!

Any refused deliveries will be subject to the buyer paying for the carriage amount upon return. Only the value of the order will be refunded.

If you believe you wont be available for to receive the parcel then please specify a safe place incase the parcel is left. I can add this information if required. Also please ensue your address is correct and up to date. I will not accept responsibility if this is not done.
