Buyer must make within three days of receipt of the record, and order must be returned within five business days, no exceptions. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items damaged in transit that are not insured are unfortunately also not eligible for return. SEALED items ARE NOT eligible for return if opened.

Due to new PayPal rules, if a buyer chooses to cancel an order after payment has been made, they are responsible for all PayPal fees associated with cancellation.
